Dr Manpinder Sahota

Medical Director

Dr Sahota has been a caring and dedicated GP for more than 23 years, and he is a senior partner at his GP surgery. In addition, he has a special professional interest in diabetes and lifestyle medicine. Dr Sahota strongly believes that Vitality live-in care is truly integrating health and social care plans for the benefit of our customers and their families. Our dynamic Medical Director leads the team to excellence by providing the very best health care that works in harmony with support at home and in the community. He is committed to high quality care that encompasses each person’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs, promoting a comfortable and fulfilling life.

Debbie Moulton - care team

Debbie Moulton

Operations Director

Debbie is a health and social care leader with a track record of success spanning 30 years, including past service with the International Red Cross. Her work has been recognised with the SME Enterprise Award for Most Trusted Domiciliary & Live in Care Specialist 2020 for Kent. She has wide experience in both the private and public sectors, in the UK and internationally. She is a role model in the health and social care sector, and an advocate for the highest quality care. Our customers are at the heart of everything she does, and Debbie puts her in-depth knowledge to work for them every day. Her work is always guided by integrity and her founding vision for Vitality live-in care.

Aysen - Care Team

Aysen Hulusi

Operations Manager

Aysen holds a degree in European Theatre Arts and began her career in the care sector in 2014, inspired by her mother, who has worked as a care assistant for over 20 years. Seeing the difference quality care can make in people's lives motivated Aysen to pursue a career dedicated to supporting others. Throughout her career, Aysen has progressed through several roles, including Care Assistant, Field Care Supervisor, Care Supervisor, and Community Liaison Manager, gaining extensive experience in all aspects of domiciliary care. She joined Vitality Home Health in 2019, where she successfully coordinated care worker rotas, ensuring clients received the right support from the right carers at the right time. As Operations Manager, Aysen oversees the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered across the organisation. She is responsible for maintaining compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations, supporting operational excellence, managing service delivery, and ensuring clients receive safe, effective, responsive, and person-centred care. Aysen is passionate about empowering people to live independently in their own homes and is committed to creating a positive environment for both clients and care professionals. Her dedication, leadership, and focus on quality help ensure that the service consistently delivers outstanding care and support.

Ellen Broad

Care Supervisor

Ellen has worked within the care industry for 7 years and truly believes she has found her vocation in life. Her care career began working in Domiciliary care during her breaks whilst studying Music Performance at Chichester University. Despite being a talented Opera Performer, Ellen’s devotion to care of the elderly diverted her to accepting a role in a Care Home, where she stayed until Vitality Home Health offered her the role of Customer Care Supervisor. Ellen feels that Vitality Home Health has far exceeded any expectations she had of working at a Care Agency and enjoys working with a team who are devoted to making a difference.

Jane Nielsen

Live In Care Manager

Jenny Bromley-Young

Sevenoaks - Customer Care Supervisor

Jenny first joined Vitality Home Health in 2020, just before the COVID-19 pandemic, as a Care Assistant. During this challenging period, she provided dedicated support to vulnerable customers, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Keen to broaden her experience within the care sector, Jenny went on to work in a care home setting, where she developed her skills further and progressed to the role of Senior Care Assistant. Her passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting others in their daily lives has been at the heart of her career journey. Jenny later returned to Vitality Home Health as our Care Supervisor. In this role, she welcomes new customers to the Vitality family, ensuring they receive exceptional care tailored to their individual needs while also providing reassurance and support to their loved ones. Her extensive care knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and compassionate approach make her a valued member of the team. Originally from Canada and now living locally in the Sevenoaks area, Jenny is known for being kind, considerate, and polite. Outside of work, she is a passionate dog lover and recently welcomed puppies into her family. Her warm personality, professionalism, and commitment to outstanding care help create positive experiences for both customers and colleagues alike.

Hannah Stracey

Assistant Care Coordinator

Hannah brings a caring and compassionate approach to her role as Assistant Care Coordinator at Vitality Home Health. Her passion for supporting others began at a young age when she started to help care for her grandparents who live with Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease while completing her A-Levels, where she achieved a Level 3 Double Award in Health & Social Care and Business. Prior to joining the care sector, Hannah worked as a Dog Kennel Assistant, ensuring the welfare, comfort, and wellbeing of animals in her care. She also gained valuable organisational and analytical skills working as a Data Analyst for a mortgage company. Outside of work, Hannah has a keen interest in music and has been involved in concerts and performances from a young age. She also enjoys horse riding and has spent time riding in both England and France. Her caring nature, attention to detail and dedication to helping others make her a valued member of the Vitality Home Health team.

Tina Kaur

Finance Manager

Tina is an experienced Financial Manager who has an extensive background in finance. She previously worked at the treasury and joined Vitality Live-in Care two years ago. Her professional experience and depth of business knowledge provides a rich foundation to produce accurate financial information. Tina has a high level of insight and determination, which allows her to streamline and improve processes. Her strong interpersonal abilities and business skills helps her to manage the Vitality offices day to day operational needs so we can provide efficient patient-centred care.
