We always welcome feedback from our clients, and we think their comments will help you decide whether Vitality live-in care is the right choice for you.
As senior partner of Jubilee medical practice in Longfield and Hartley I would not hesitate to recommend Vitality Home Health to care for you or your loved ones. Dr Sahota has a unique lifestyle approach to many diseases and I am confident, through this lifestyle approach, he will be able to improve your health without prescribed drugs. For me this is the care company of the future and if you want the absolute best care that will also improve health from a GP led care company then you should choose Vitality Home Health.

We chose Vitality for specific reasons - firstly they listened to our problems, they treated Mum and Dad with respect and dignity, they helped us with the myriad of twists and turns of the social care system and it’s processes, they understood the worry myself and my brother faced and lastly because they focus heavily towards dementia and Alzheimer’s. To date, in short, we haven’t regretted our decision one bit. They have been so kind and caring. They have guided us throughout and we can see a marked improvement to the lives of Mum and Dad who both couldn’t speak higher of Vitality. Every time we have a question or a concern they are both attentive and responsive. There have been times where Mum needed a doctor’s help which during this lockdown period would have proved difficult at best and dangerous at worst. However, their resident GP was quick to respond to Mum via a video call. The technology they use is incredibly helpful, especially for my brother who lives far away.

My father has required some help for quite some time, so after a fall, it was no longer a requirement but a necessity. The process of engaging with Vitality Live in care was easy, no hidden extras and he got exactly what we were told he would get. Good, quality, solid care from 2 lovely ladies who couldn’t do anymore if they tried.

Just a quick note to thank you so very much for stepping into the breach with mum. Its been an incredibly difficult time and we cannot believe the relief we now feel knowing that mum is being so very well cared for. Aysen, has been brilliant in easing our anxieties. We are now looking forward to being family to mum as opposed to caring for mum.

All too often, in my opinion, people are quick to make complaints but forget to compliment when something is being done extremely well.
I cannot tell you how happy we are - as a family - with Mum's carer, Tracy Lewing. She embodies exactly what I was hoping for when I began my search for a live- in carer.
Tracy is a compassionate, professional, intuitive carer who has Mum's best interests at all times. As you are probably aware, Mum has diabetes so her diet is of utmost importance. As soon as Mum's blood sugar levels rocketed, Tracy has been quick to implement home-cooked meals, eliminating unnecessary sugars in ready meals & drinks.
Tracy has also quickly realised that pre stroke Mum was an independent woman who took great pride in her home & garden. She is ensuring that (when able) Mum can assist with activities thereby ensuring that Mum feels needed and is able to look forward to regaining some independence.
If you do have a system of recognition for your staff, then please may I nominate Tracy.

I just wanted to share my thoughts regarding Tracy. She’s been absolutely brilliant.
Today she sent me this picture of Mum doing baking. It’s one of the nicest pictures I’ve received in years. They say a picture speaks a thousand words - this one does just that and it highlights the amazing care Mum and Dad are receiving.

My Mum has had to have carers in place since losing my Dad last year.
We chose Vitality and have never looked back. The carers have all been lovely and adapted to mums ways and needs.
We have had to change times and carer situations, and they have always been there to help us discuss the best way ahead and look and try all the options to get it right.
Aysen ( The Live In Care Manager) is fantastic, and always at the end of the phone to talk things through and help us as a family find the best care for our Mum.
We cannot thank you enough

Live-in care offered by Vitality Home Health appealed to me as it's possible to deliver individualized care at a pace which suits the clients. The care can also fit the pattern of the clients ' days.It is sometimes hard to witness the decline in the health of some clients, but developing a good relationship with them enables me to be honest and sensitive to their increased needs. The office managers are always available to give advice if there are emotional, psychological, and practical aspects of care to discuss. Both the single gentleman I look after, and the couple, are very grateful for help in running the day to day care of the home as well as help contacting the outside world in relation to shopping or medical needs

I've worked as a live-in carer for over 10yrs self employed which I enjoyed thoroughly. Before that I worked in care homes and nursing homes which I also appreciated as these institutions gave me the opportunity to develop and grow with skills and experience. However what I experienced in live in care was much more rewarding because I was able to build a relationship individually with each clients and get to know them on a more personal level.I am now employed which is a little different because I now have managers I have to turn to and discuss issues and matters with. This is different to me but in a good way because I now have the support behind me whereas being self employed I would have to research whatever I needed to at that time and self teach myself with different medical issues.I am happy so far with being a employee of Vitality and only hope that our communication and relationship continues to grow. I look forward for the future ahead with this growing establishment.

As a family, we have been so impressed and reassured with the way that Vitality have and continue to care for mum. Mum’s happiness and welfare is the most important factor here. She simply cannot manage without 24 hour care. Vitality provides care to a very high standard 24hours a day 365 days a year.
