openPass is a digital care planning app that allows families to log in and monitor their loved ones from anywhere in the world at any time of day.
As a Vitality Live-in Care customer once you have downloaded the app we will issue you with your unique login information which will allow you to see what Mum had for lunch, when she took her medication and how her mood is today all on your mobile phone, wherever you are in the world.
So, if you are concerned about taking that summer holiday this year, you can feel safe in the knowledge that your loved one is being cared for and you will be able to monitor their care from your sun lounger.
